Not your run of the mill quashable Riesling blend here. This Riesling is blended with Scheurebe, which itself is a crossbreed of Riesling and an unknown wild vine but has a lot of aroma and is often used for sweet wines. This one is drier and has a lot of fruit notes, full of peach and some creaminess, drinks heavier than a French Riesling but is well worth the try. Rested in oak barrels to take off some of the acidity and add a bit more depth.
